Hello in my 2013 L405 range rover sc vogue se , the problem turned to be the gateway module. Item code number is LR070832. A sort of electronic module that controls the infotainment system (phone ,Bluetooth,camera, navigation, etc) It's positioned in the rear left wing under the boot internal cover and under the rear ac fan.
